40+ Free Felt Food Patterns
Sew adorable felt food - felt vegetables, fruits, cupcakes, cookies and more with this
collection of over forty felt food patterns & tutorials gathered from all over the web.
Consider whipping up a bunch of play felt food a fun as a gift for your little one. Or,
making felt food could actually be a fun project for an older child (with your
supervision). And even though many of these felt food designs are meant to be
sewn on a sewing machine, they could probably all be stitched by hand (for a child
who's not ready to use an adult sewing machine yet). Also, because felt doesn't
fray, it's a fairly easy fabric to work with.

As an alternative to using store-bought felt, consider recycling fabric from felted
clothing (easy to do because your pattern pieces will be so small). Or, as another
alternative, consider using fleece instead of felt, which may be less likely to pill.

(You may have noticed that few of the projects listed here are made from non-felt
fabrics. I included them because even though they're technically not "felt food" they
can, of course, be made from felt.)
